The JTK/2JTK series of mine hoisting winches are single-rope winding equipment, specifically designed for inclined tunnels and small vertical shafts in underground coal mines, as well as metal and non-metal mines. They are mainly used for material hoisting (such as ore and equipment) and personnel transportation. It is composed of core components such as the main shaft device, brakes, depth indicator, and speed reducer. The drum is welded with 16Mn steel plates, braking is achieved by block brakes, depth indication is realized through a memorial archway – type device, and the electrical system is complete. The winches in this series feature a simple structure, making them easy to operate, maintain, and adjust. A variety of models are available to adapt to different working conditions.
