ZQ-17 Pneumatic Air Loader – The Chinese 21B Version
The ZQ-17 pneumatic loader is engineered for high-efficiency mining in tight underground conditions. With a 0.17m³ bucket capacity, operation slope under 5 degrees, and powered by 11kW+15kW air motors, the ZQ-17 can fill a 1m³ dump mining car in approximately one minute. Z20 Electric Loader – Safe Remote Operation
The custom Z20 electric loader features a 0.20m³ bucket, operation slope under 5 degrees, and 10.5kW+13kW air motors. With remote control functionality, it allows safe operation in narrow tunnels ≥2m*2.2m. Like the ZQ-17, it can fill a 1m³ dump mining car in just one minute, maximizing productivity in confined underground environments.
Integrated Mining Transport System
Combined with the previously purchased 2.5-ton battery-powered mining locomotive, this setup creates a fully integrated underground mining transport solution. The compact design of the ZQ-17, Z20, and 1m³ dump mining cars ensures efficient loading, hauling, and dumping, even in restricted tunnels.
