The 5-ton battery mining locomotive features a new green-and-gray color scheme selected for this order. Its compact design is suitable for narrow-gauge underground rail haulage.
VFD Control and Electrical Braking
Variable-frequency drive control provides smooth acceleration and convenient speed adjustment. Electrical braking helps the operator control the locomotive during underground transport.
Real-Time Operating Data
The onboard monitoring system displays voltage, current, motor temperature and other locomotive parameters in real time. This allows operators to understand the equipment’s operating condition more easily.
ZQW-13 Wheeled Pneumatic Rock Loaders
The shipment also includes a batch of ZQW-13 wheeled pneumatic rock loaders and spare parts.
The ZQW-13 is the Chinese version of the 12B pneumatic rock loader. Its compact structure makes it suitable for loading broken ore in narrow underground roadways.
Loading a 1 m3 Mine Car in Under One Minute
The pneumatic loader scoops broken ore and swings its bucket backward to discharge the material into a mine car positioned behind the machine.
Under suitable working conditions, a ZQW-13 pneumatic rock loader can fill a 1 m3 mine car in less than one minute.

Each machine performs a clear role. The ZQW-13 pneumatic rock loader loads the ore, the mine cars carry it, and the 5-ton battery mining locomotive provides rail haulage.
