JKZ-3.2×3P shaft sinking hoist equipment

Mining hoist winch Applicable scenarios:Inclined shaft material transportation (such as coal, gangue), vertical shaft personnel lifting (explosion-proof model JTPB series must be selected);Suspending hoisting plates, water pumps and other equipment during vertical shaft excavation (load ≤ 160kN)

Maximum static tension of wire rope (kN):200

Maximum wire rope diameter:42

Maximum lifting speed(m/s):6.48

Technical Features:

The JZ series mine winder features a dedicated spindle control mechanism: its drum is connected to the gear and brake wheel by copper sleeves and bolts, with the spindle only rotating synchronously with the drum and bearing no torque transmission. The steel wire rope is configured with an overhead routing design and made of high-strength steel, and the rope storage capacity of the winder can reach 1,800 meters (a typical example being the JZ-40/1800 model). As for the braking system, the service brake adopts a block brake structure — the hydraulic thruster releases when the motor is started, and spring-applied braking is engaged upon machine shutdown. The safety brake is a floating block type, which initiates power-off protection through the drop of a heavy hammer, thus ensuring the reliability of emergency braking operations.

Working Principle Diagram

Spindle Device of Single-Rope Drum Hoist
The spindle device, the hoist’s core load-bearing/working mechanism, bears all torque, winds steel wire ropes and resists static, dynamic and special loads. It comprises a 45# carbon steel spindle (two non-destructive tests), domestic HRB/ZWZ/LYC bearings, drums, liners and high-strength bolts; no extra keyways guarantee strength and safety.

Drums are 16Mn low-carbon alloy steel-welded (diffused deformation, non-concentrated stress), with post-welding aging vibration to eliminate internal stress. 16Mn brake discs resist deformation/wear; split types (factory-finished) are ready for on-site installation.

Double-drum hoists use radial gear block hydraulic rope adjustment (console-controlled); hydraulic clutches enable fast, reliable adjustment via spindle/movable drum rotation.

Three drum structures: 1. Integral (drum + brake disc welded); 2. Integral (two-piece split brake disc bolted); 3. Split (two/four-piece drum + two-piece brake disc bolted).
Spindle Device of Multi-Rope Drum Hoist
The spindle device, the hoist’s working mechanism, bears all lifting/lowering torque and steel wire rope tension on both sides of the friction wheel. It comprises a high-quality low-alloy steel spindle (bears self-weight, external loads and transmits torque, with forged flanges bolted to the friction wheel), friction wheel, rolling bearings, bearing blocks, covers, beams, friction liners, fixing and pressure blocks. The integral low-alloy steel welded friction wheel has a shell, webs, hubs, support rings and rope guards; large hoists (diameter ≥2.8m) have internal support rings for rigidity. Brake discs are welded (drum-end) or detachable split (bolt-connected) as needed. Main bearings are HRB/ZWZ/LYC double-row spherical roller bearings (good alignment, high load-bearing, impact-resistant, long-life, easy maintenance). Friction liners (friction coefficient ≥0.25) are bolt-fixed; floor-mounted hoist liners have two rope grooves, with a shifting device to double life and utilization.
